Our goal is to consciously reclaim that part of ourselves essential in maintaining our inner and outer balance. We will learn that serenity is a choice we can make as we discover the myriad of tools at our disposal that assist us in living from the inside out in order to center ourselves and bask in our own serenity. Clinical research and data supporting the therapeutic value of serenity help the participant reach this goal.

Serenity: A Continuum, A choice, An Obstacle Course
Although the word Serenity is widely used, there are many other words that convey aspects of this tendency: Peaceful, tranquil, quiet, calm, composure, still, placid, undisturbed, unruffled, relaxed, clear, or heavenly. Clarification is established regarding what serenity is and what serenity is not.

Serenity: A Path to Health
In choosing Serenity, we seek to discover authentic inner peace. Serenity saves us from the ravaging imbalances of modern life and the debilitating effects of being caught off guard by life's unexpected challenges and difficult moments. Serenity allows us to handle life with a welcomed sense of dignity and grace.

On the Path of Serenity, we find the true source of peace that lives within us. Serenity transforms internal - and then, external -- strife. On this path, we begin to eliminate distractions and obstacles in our lives as we learn to embrace a gentle, reliable inner peace we call by its true name-serenity.
